2026-09-02 - Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) and in continuation of our letter dated July 31, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company ( Board ) have, in their meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved investment upto Rs. 12.15 Crores in the equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited for solar and wind power captive consumption as required under the provisions of Electricity Act, subject to applicable law. Accordingly, the Company has entered into the Shareholders Agreement with Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited and Sunsure Energy Private Limited towards generation/supply of solar & wind power to the Company s plants at Gailpur and Malootana (Rajasthan).

2026-08-12 - The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on April 30, 2026, had recommended final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each and the final dividend, if declared at the 40th Annual General meeting of the Company, will be paid on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2026 to those Members whose names appear on the Record Date in the Register of Members of the Company and the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories.

2026-08-12 - The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on April 30, 2026, had recommended final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each and in this regard, as per the provisions of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Monday, September 21, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members of the Company to the said final dividend, if declared at the 40th Annual General meeting of the Company.
