Re-appointment of Mrs. Anisha Seth as Whole Time Director of the Company for such term and on such remuneration with effect from April 01, 2017 as may be decided by the Board. 3. Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore and Fifty Lacs only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs.35,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores only) divided into 3,50,00,000 (Three Crores and Fifty Lacs only) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each. 4. Consequential alteration of Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 5. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (one) Bonus Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- each.
