Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) divided into 1,50,00,000 (One Crore and Fifty Lacs only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs.35,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crores only) divided into 3,50,00,000 (Three Crores and Fifty Lacs only) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each. 4. Consequential alteration of Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 5.
